Payments Overview

Make your final payment hassle-free! Payment is due on installation day and can be made in person with cash or check or conveniently over the phone with a credit card. In the rare event of a service call, payment is still required upon completion before scheduling. If you financed your installation, we'll confirm your approval to proceed with the final amount.

INSTALLATION AFTERCARE

After installing your floor coating, it's crucial to allow a minimum of 6-8 hours before walking on it, depending on the humidity levels in your area. Ideally, waiting until the next morning is recommended for the best results. Similarly, you may drive on the floor 24 hours after installation is complete, but again, this depends on humidity levels. It's advisable to wait at least 36-48 hours for the ideal amount of cure time before driving on it.

Using a squeegee is a great way to remove water from your floor coating, as it is resistant to water. Additionally, during the winter months, make sure to sweep debris and salt from the floor regularly. Rinse with water from a standard garden hose and use a sponge mop for any light cleaning that may be needed.

When cleaning your floor coating, avoid using a power washer, as this may damage or remove the top coat finish—something that is not covered under warranty. Instead, opt for cleaners like Simple Green, Pine-Sol, CLR, Dawn, or Mineral Spirits. Avoid long-term exposure to bleach, and do not use acids or highly corrosive materials such as ammonia.

For tougher cleaning tasks, let the cleaner sit on the floor for 5-10 minutes before scrubbing with a deck brush or stiff bristle broom, followed by a rinse for a revitalized floor. Regular cleaning using these processes will help prevent staining and discoloration of your floor coating. It's essential to note that any staining that occurs due to improper care may not be covered under warranty.

First and foremost, it's crucial to clear the area of all rugs, mats, carpets, and floor coverings before the installation team arrives. This will make their job easier and prevent any damage or accidents during the process. Removing these items beforehand will create a clean slate for the new flooring to be installed seamlessly.

Another important tip is to keep doors and windows open during installation to reduce room moisture. Moisture can hinder the adhesive from properly bonding with the subfloor, leading to potential issues. By allowing for proper ventilation, you can help ensure that your new flooring is installed correctly and will last for years.

It's also essential to avoid parking vehicles in garages before installation. Dust and debris from grinding can easily make its way into your garage and onto your car if parked inside during this process. To prevent any damage or messes, finding an alternative parking solution is best until the installation is complete.

Additionally, make sure to remove any items that need protection from dust during grinding. Items such as electronics, delicate furniture, or sentimental belongings should be moved out of harm's way during this phase of the installation process. Taking this precaution will help protect your valuables and ensure a smooth experience overall.

Lastly, ensure that walls have at least 2 feet of clearance above the floor for equipment operation during installation. This clearance allows for proper maneuvering of tools and equipment without causing any damage to your walls or baseboards. By providing ample space for the installation team to work efficiently, you'll help them complete the job with precision and care.
