We did not get our floors done by them, but they came out for a quote and we didn't have a great experience. They were a bit spammy once we submitted our request for a quote: immediately calling, emailing, and texting us several times. We received an absolutely astronomical quote for our basement floors (over $17/sq foot). BUT if we agreed on the spot, it would have suddenly been ~33% cheaper. I do not like this sales tactic at all - put a lot of pressure on us to make a big decision on the spot.
